1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jitabet cloud platform and all its services. When you use the jitabet cloud website, create an account, or use any service, you automatically accept these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, jitabet cloud reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them. This rule also applies where multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. If you share your login details with anyone else, you will be solely responsible for any transactions on the account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify jitabet cloud support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All rules relating to financial transactions on jitabet cloud are set out in this section.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods on jitabet cloud are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is the same for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process. Account verification and fulfilment of wagering requirements are mandatory before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using a payment account not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. If a transaction through a third party is identified, the account in question will be placed under investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jitabet cloud regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that should be read carefully before applying.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a withdrawal is made after receiving a bonus without fulfilling the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — a new bonus cannot be activated while another is in progress.
• To withdraw winnings made using bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• No bonus is "free" money — every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements.
• jitabet cloud reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Abuse Policy

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through low-risk bets — the relevant bonus and any winnings from that bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when participating in sports betting, casino, slots, and other games on jitabet cloud.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, jitabet cloud reserves the right to cancel that bet and will return the funds to the user.

6.2 Odds and Results

Published odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Internationally recognised rules of the relevant sport are followed in determining results.

6.3 Manipulation Prohibited

If involvement in match fixing, use of illegal information, or any form of fraud is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a transaction or game result is affected by a server outage, network problem, or other technical fault, jitabet cloud will endeavour to reach a fair resolution for both parties; however, compensation cannot be guaranteed in cases of technical failure.

7 Responsible Conduct

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Do not use gaming as a way to resolve financial problems.

10.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are not predetermined and jitabet cloud does not guarantee any specific win.

10.3 External Causes

If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or any other circumstances beyond jitabet cloud's control, no compensation will apply.

11 Changes to Terms

jitabet cloud reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

For significant changes, members may be notified via their registered email or mobile. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will indicate that you have accepted the new terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may stop using the platform and request account closure.
